Molte persone hanno paura di questo oggetto misterioso che sbuffa e fischia! Effettivamente bisogna usarlo con cautela e seguire attentamente le istruzioni, ma non cos difficile e fa risparmiare tempo. In alcuni casi la pentola a pressione un aiuto prezioso, in particolare per alcune preparazioni.

Quando il vapore non esce pi, e ve ne accorgete se aprendo la valvola non fa pi nessun rumore, fate il vostro spezzatino come al solito, nella vostra solita pentola, aggiungendo quello che volete, piselli, funghi, ecc.

Calcolate che la carne cos morbida e cotta e che dovrete solo farlo insaporire per altri 10-15 minuti Questo sistema di cottura (15-20 minuti in pentola a pressione) direi che indispensabile per cucinare gli ossi buchi: stesso sistema, infarinarli, rosolarli, bagnarli col vino, aggiungere poca acqua e chiudere, dopo 15 minuti la carne sar morbidissima, toglieteli delicatamente dalla pentola a pressione, e metteteli nella vostra pentola abituale e finite di insaporirli come desiderate, anche qui piselli, funghi, patate, ecc. Provate e mi darete ragione! Un altro uso di questo oggetto misterioso la polenta: niente pi girare la polenta per 40 minuti!

Si mette nella pentola lacqua e il sale e si aggiunge a pioggia la farina gialla fino ad ottenere la consistenza finale voluta, anche un pochino pi morbida, ma non troppo. Chiudere immediatamente e lasciare cuocere a partire dal fischio per 20-30 minuti. Fare sfiatare, aprire e aggiungere lolio o il burro, come siete abituate. Dare le ultime girate e servire.
