The tap water which you have been drinking everyday your whole life is contaminated with many different chemicals which have the potential to harm your health. What Are These Chemicals? Heres a list of the major harmful chemicals that have been found to reside in our drinking water: Chlorine Yes, this chemical does kill all the bacteria in your drinking water and swimming pools, but be aware that it also dries and damages your skin and hair!

Lead Not really a chemical, but this heavy metal is dangerous enough to be mentioned on this list.
It is known that too much of this metal in the human body can lead to very serious health problems including: damage of the brain, kidneys, the nervous system and important red blood cells. Lead may not necessarily come from the tap water itself, but from the pipes carrying the water. The only way to avoid this harmful pollutant is to not drink straight tap water and use filtered water instead. Benzene Studies have shown that this chemical may be linked to leukemia.

Learn to shop with a method in mind instead of going to the store at the last minute. For example, the worst time to buy presents for the holidays is right before the holidays happen. The best time is right after the holidays, or whenever the items you want are on sale.
It’s also much less stressful to shop this way, as you avoid the crowds and the feeling you have to buy something right away. Similarly, don’t buy winter or summer clothing right before season starts, when it’ll be most expensive. Plan ahead, and buy items, both for yourself and gifts, when they’re cheapest. Stores always charge the most for products when everyone wants them, so if you plan ahead when things are on sale, you get the same items for a lot less.
Food is an expense that keeps going up, faster than most people’s salaries. So saving money at the store is essential if you’re going to stick to a budget.
Most people shop for groceries as they need them, which means you’ll be paying whatever the price happens to be that week. If you buy large amounts of groceries when those things are highly discounted you can save lots of money.
